RETURN POLICY
I hope you are obcessed with your purchase!
If for some reason you are not, you are eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery or purchase in store.
Returns will be refunded in the original form of payment or store credit to put towards a future order.
All sale items and earrings are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS - Sale items are marked ending in .99 (ie. an item marked down to $12.99)
Items must be in original condition, with original packaging and must show no signs of wear or damage.
The Obcessory has the right to refuse any return.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN:
✦ Sign into your account & choose the order you are returning items for, there you will see a return request.
✦ Follow the steps once and submit your return
✦ Once we receive your request, we will review it and you will receive further instructions in your email.
At this time, we do not offer free returns, but we will send you a pre-paid return label that you will use to send your return back with. This cost of the label will be deducted from your return amount.

Please allow 2- 3 days for your return to be processed once we receive it (excluding weekends/holidays). Once your return is processed, it may also take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect your account.
